Kiribati is moving to the new Companies Act 2021. All companies must re-register on the Online Business Registry. There is no fee, and MTCIC no longer accepts paper forms.
Re-registration has four steps:
- 1Create your online account
- 2Link your online account to your company
- 3Confirm your company details
- 4Submit your form and required documents through your online account
It takes place over several days, with short waits while MTCIC reviews each step.
